Resolution authorizing the City Manager to approve Change Order No.
1 for the 2017 Sanitary Sewer Budget Utility Improvement Project
Phase 2 in the deduct amount of $52,298.00
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls entered a unit price contract with Platinum
Utility & Partnership with the estimated total cost of $759,691.00; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has tabulated the final quantities for Change
Order No. 1, for a deduct of $52,298.00 and a final contract amount of $707,393.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is authorized to execute Change Order No. 1 for the 2017
Sanitary Sewer Budget Utility Improvement Project Phase 2, in the amount of a deduct
of $52,298.00,
