Resolution No. 133-2018
Resolution rejecting all bids for the purchase of eleven (11) 2019 Ford
Utility Police Interceptors
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls advertised and requested bids for the
purchase of eleven (11) 2019 Ford Utility Police Interceptors; and
WHEREAS, bids were received and publically opened on November 20, 2018; and
WHEREAS, it was discovered that Ford had discontinued the manufacturing of this
model; and
-advertise and solicit
bids for a different make/model.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Bids submitted from Wichita Falls Ford Lincoln and Rockdale Country Ford for the
purchase of eleven (11) 2019 Utility Police Interceptors are rejected.
