Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to enter into a contract with
Cannon Cochran Management Services
Compensation Third Party Administrative Services
WHEREAS, the Citycurrent third party administrator of the
; and,
WHEREAS, the City issued a Request for Proposals and received proposals
from five vendors for these services; and,
WHEREAS, proposals from various third party administrators have been
reviewed to determine which proposal is in the best interest of the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into a contract with Cannon
Cochran Management Services
Administrative Services, form to be reviewed and approved by the City Attorney.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 18th day of December, 2018.
