Resolution authorizing award of bid to Retail Motorcycle Ventures, Inc.
for the purchase of three (3) BMW Police Motorcycles in the amount
of $80,381.58
WHEREAS,the City of Wichita Falls advertised and requested bids for the
purchase of three (3) police motorcycles, and,
WHEREAS, bids were received and publically opened on November 20, 2018,
and,
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to purchase three (3) police motorcycles for
the Police Motors Division.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVEDBY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Authorization isgranted to award bid for three (3) police motorcycles to Retail
Motorcycle Ventures, Inc. in the amount of $80,381.58.
