Resolutionauthorizing the City Manager to awardbid and contract
forThe2019Crack Seal Projectto,Crackseal of Texas,LLC in the
amount of $119,808.00.

WHEREAS,the City of Wichita Fallshas advertised for bids for the
Seal Project
; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is Crackseal of Texas,
LLC, who made a unit price bid with an estimated total of $119,808.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVEDBY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The unit price bid for the 2019Crack Seal Project (CWF19-100-03)is awarded
to Crackseal of Texas, LLC, in an estimated total amount of $119,808.00, and the City
Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City with said Contractor for the
construction of such project.
