Ordinance Appropriating $100,000 From Airport Equity Funds For
Various Airport Related Projects For the 2011/2012 Budget Year
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to use reserve funds in the Airport Equity
Fund for various marketing and infrastructure projects at Municipal and Kickapoo
Downtown Airports;
WHEREAS, these projects were not included in the 2011/2012 budget; and
WHEREAS, these projects are estimated to cost approximately $100,000.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
An appropriation in the amount of $100,000 from the Airport Equity Fund is
hereby approved for marketing and infrastructure projects for Municipal and Kickapoo
Downtown Airports.
