Item 1 - Call to Order
The City Council of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas met for a Town Hall Meeting on the
above mentioned date at the Ray Clymer Exhibit Hall at the MPEC, 1000 Fifth Street,
Seminar Room.

Mayor Santellana announced that a quorum was present and called the meeting to
order at 6:05 p.m. Mayor Santellana introduced staff and gave an overview of current
city business and concerns.

New location needed for the Wichita Falls Friends of the Public Library
Proposed Hotel/Convention Center

Concerns in reference to bus schedules, and the need for afterhours
routes
Financing of proposed Hotel/Convention Center
Private/Public Partnerships
Lake Wichita Revitalization and grants
2018 Employee Pay Raises
Fluoride in City Water
Availability of Air Freight in Wichita Falls
Code Enforcement
