Resolution Awarding Bid For The Purchase Of Two 15-Yard Dump
Trucks And Two 58,000-GVW Transfer Trucks To Bruckner’s Truck
Sales In The Amount Of $518,600
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls advertised and requested bids for the
purchase of two 15-yard dump trucks and two 58,000 GVW transfer trucks;
WHEREAS, bids were received and publicly opened on February 8, 2012; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that Bruckner’s Truck Sales is the low bidder
for the aforementioned items and desires to purchase said items for the City fleet.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The bid for the purchase of two 15-yard dump trucks and two 58,000-GVW
transfer trucks is awarded to Bruckner’s Truck Sales in the amount of $518,600, and
City Staff are authorized to execute all documents necessary to purchase said items.
