Resolution No. 115-2018
Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute contracts with
several community service organizations and organizations that
promote the convention and tourism industry
WHEREAS, the 2018-19 Adopted Budget includes funds for several community
service organizations and organizations that promote the convention and tourism
industry; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to enter into contracts with these agencies
to provide the terms and conditions for the use of these funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into contracts, in forms approved
by the City Attorney, with the following organizations in the amounts specified below:
