Resolution authorizing the City Manager to approve Change Order
No. 1 for the 2018 Concrete Street Rehabilitation Project in the
amount of $28,818.80
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls entered a unit price contract with Freeman
Paving LLC with the estimated total cost of $509,890.50; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has tabulated the final quantities for
Change Order No. 1 for an addition of $28,818.80 for a final contract amount of
$538,709.30.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is authorized to execute Change Order No. 1 for the 2018
Concrete Street Rehabilitation Project in the amount of $28,818.80,
