Res 090-2018 Trustee Property 2607 Inglewood to Deuschle 9/4/2018 Resolution No. 90-2018 Resolution allowing one (1) trustee property, 2607 Inglewood Dr. to be sold to Barry Deuschle for less than the total amount of the judgment against said properties as authorized by Section 34.04(i) of the Texas Tax Code WHEREAS, from time to time, the City of Wichita Falls, along with the Wichita Falls Independent School District and Wichita County, recovers judgments in suits filed in the District Courts of Wichita County, Texas, for delinquent taxes, penalties, and interest and the foreclosure of the tax lien on properties located in the City of Wichita Falls, Wichita County, Texas; the City Council, desires to reduce the inventory of real property acquired from delinquent tax suits; and, WHEREAS, the County Commissioners and the WFISD School Board have both voted to accept the written offer requests as presented; and, WHEREAS, it is determined to be in the best interest of the public to return these properties to private ownership and put them back on the tax roll. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT: 2607 Inglewood Dr. The trustee property located at may be sold to Barry Deuschle for less than the total amount of the judgment against said property as authorized by Section 34.05(i) of the Texas Tax Code, with such sale to be as Request to Purchase describedin the attached , and the City Manager is authorized to execute the deed to such property in such form as is approved by the City Attorney.
