Resolution No. 84-2018
Resolution authorizing the City Manager to award bid and contract
for the 2018 Lift Station 11, 43 & 56 Rehabilitation Project to Bowles
Construction Co. in the amount of $452,000.00
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the 2018 Lift
Station 11, 43 & 56 Rehabilitation Project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is Bowles Construction
Co., who made a unit price bid with an estimated total of $452,000.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The unit price bid for the 2018 Lift Station 11, 43 & 56 Rehabilitation Project is
awarded to Bowles Construction Co., in an estimated total amount of $452,000.00, and
the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the City with said Contractor for
the construction of such project.
