Resolution No. 83-2018
Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute a professional
services agreement with Freese and Nichols, Inc. for the design of
the Holliday Creek Sanitary Sewer Trunk Main Rehabilitation Project
in the amount of $259,383
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls must perform maintenance to its
wastewater collection system; and,
WHEREAS, through request for qualifications, Freese and Nichols Inc. was
selected as the most qualified to perform the necessary services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is authorized to execute a professional service agreement with
Freese and Nichols Inc. for the design of the Holliday Creek Sanitary Sewer Trunk Main
Rehabilitation Project in the amount of $259,383.00.
