Resolution Awarding The Bid For powntown Intersection
Improvement Project (CWF10-100-20) To Duke Construction
Company, In An Estimated Total Amount Of $920,765.00
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the Downtown
Intersection Improvement Project (CWF10-100-20); and
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is Duke Construction
Company, which made a unit price bid with an estimated total of $920,765.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The unit price bid for the Downtown Intersection Improvement Project (CWF10-
100-20) is awarded to Duke Construction Company, in an estimated total amount of
$920,765.00, and the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract with said
Contractor for the construction of such project.
