Resolution authorizing the City Manager to award bid and contract
for the 2018 Alley Rehabilitation Project to MH Civil Constructors,
Inc. in the amount of $340,000.00
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the 2018 Alley
Rehabilitation Project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is MH Civil
Constructors, Inc. who made a unit price bid with an estimated total of $340,000.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The unit price bid for the 2018 Alley Rehabilitation Projectis awarded to MH Civil
Constructors, Inc., in an estimated total amount of $340,000.00, and the City Manager
is authorized to execute a contract for the City with said Contractor for the construction
of such project.
