Resolution No. 68-2018
Resolution authorizing The City Manager to execute all documents
necessary to purchase 135 Hewlett Packard computer workstations
from CDW Government LLC and 135 Microsoft Office 2016 Standard
Licenses from SHI/Government Solutions, Inc., in the amount of
$121,344.75
WHEREAS, -18 budget includes funds to replace 135 computer
workstations that are in excess of 5 years old or older and are no longer supported by
warranty; and,
WHEREAS, Bids were received from various State DIR Vendors for the
purchase of these computers; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is authorized to execute all documents, as approved by
the City Attorney, necessary to purchase 135 computer workstations from
CDW Government LLC and 135 Microsoft Office 2016 Licenses from
SHI/Government Solutions, Inc. in the amount of approximately
$121,344.75
