Res 060-2018 Pedistrian Improvements Kemp 6/15/2018 Resolution No. 60-2018 Resolution authorizing the City Manager to Approve Change Order No. 1 for the Pedestrian Improvements along Kemp Blvd from Midwestern Parkway to Southwest Parkway for a deduct in the amount of $38,877.75 WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls entered a unit price contract with JLT Contracting, LLC with the estimated total cost of $481,737.80; and WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 will decrease the contract by $38,877.75 for a revised cost of $442,860.05; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT: The City Manager is authorized to execute Change Order No. 1 for the Pedestrian Improvements along Kemp Blvd from Midwestern Parkway to Southwest Parkway for a deduct in the amount of $38,877.75. th PASSED AND APPROVED this the 5 day of June, 2018. ______________________________ M A Y O R ATTEST: ____________________ City Clerk
