Ord 24-2018 CCHBP Eat Well Program appropriation 6/5/2018
Ordinance No. 24-2018
Ordinance making an appropriation to the Special Revenue Fund for
Community Clinical Health Bridge Project (CCHBP) in the amount of
$11,336 received from the Department of State Health Services and
authorizing the City Manager to execute contract accepting same.
WHEREAS, the Health District and the Department of State Health Services
desire to enter into a contract for continued public health services; and,
WHEREAS, approval of these funds could not have been anticipated prior to the
adoption of the 2017 - 2018 budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
There is hereby appropriated in the Special Revenue Fund $11,336 for the
Emergency Preparedness program, and the City Manager is authorized to enter into a
contract with the Department of State Health Services for the Wichita Falls-Wichita
County Public Health District.
