Resolution Approving Change Order No. 3 To The Cypress Water
Treatment Plant 2010 10MGD Conventional Treatment Plant Project
(CWF07-544-06) To Increase The Project's Scope And Time, In An
Amount Of $195,379.30
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls entered into a unit price contract with
Archer Western Contractors, Ltd. for the Cypress Water Treatment Plant 2010 10MGD
Conventional Treatment Plant Project (CWF07-544-06) with the estimated total cost of
$42,686,000.00;
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 3 will increase the contract $195,379.30 for a
revised cost of $42,907,631.37;
WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed this change order and recommend its
approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is authorized to execute the attached Change Order No. 3 to
the Cypress Water Treatment Plant 2010 10MGD Conventional Treatment Plant Project
(CWF07-544-06), in an amount of $195,379.30.
