RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, TO ACCEPT A PROPOSAL FROM FLORIAN
TECHNOLOGIES FOR THE CLEANING OF FILTERS AT CYPRESS
WATER TREATMENT PLANT; FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT
THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS
OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls desires to clean two filters at the Cypress
Water Treatment Plant; and
WHEREAS, Florian Technologies is proposing to do this work for $81,225.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The Proposal from Florian Technologies is hereby accepted.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
