RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION
OF DENTAL SUITE EQUIPMENT TO BECKER-PARKIN IN THE
AMOUNT OF $42,970.00. FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE
MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN
TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls advertised and requested bids for the
purchase and installation of dental equipment; and
WHEREAS, bids were received and publicly opened on February 6, 2006; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to purchase dental equipment for the
Health Department Expansion Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. Authorization is granted to award the bid for the purchase and
installation of dental suite equipment to Becker-Parkin in the amount $42,970.00.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
