RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING AN ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
INCENTIVE AGREEMENT WITH WICHITA CLUTCH IN THE AMOUNT
OF $105,000, AND AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO THE 2005-
2006 BUDGET OF THE WICHITA FALLS ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION; FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING
AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE
PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the Wichita Falls Economic Development Corporation met on
February 2, 2006 to consider an Economic Development Incentive agreement with
Wichita Clutch; and
WHEREAS, the Wichita Falls Economic Deve�opment Corporation
recommended said Incentive agreement valued at $105,000; and
WHEREAS, an amendment to the Wichita Falls Economic Development
Corporation in the amount of $105,000 is required to fund the agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The Economic Development Incentive Agreement is hereby
approved, and the 2005-2006 Budget of the Wichita Falls Economic Development
Corporation is hereby amended in the amount of $105,000.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
