RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, TO APPROVE AN ENGINEERING SERVICES
CONTRACT WITH PERKINS ENGINEERING CONSULTANTS, INC.
FOR AN ODOR CONTROL MASTER PLAN FOR THE RIVER ROAD
WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT; FINDING AND DETERMINING
THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED
WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls desires to enter into an engineering
services contract for a Master Odor Control Plan for the River Road Wastewater
Treatment Plant; and
WHEREAS, Perkins Engineering Consultants, Inc. is proposing to do this work
for $32,400.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The Engineering Services Contract from Perkins Engineering
Consultants, Inc. is hereby accepted.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
