RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, APPROVING AN ENGINEERING SERVICES
CONTRACT WITH FREESE & NICHOLS, INC. FOR WATER
DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM EVALUATION; FINDING AND DETERMINING
THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED
WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls desires to enter into an engineering
services contract for a Water Distribution System Evaluation; and
WHEREAS, Freese & Nichols, Inc. is proposing to do this work for an amount
not to exceed $256,831.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The Engineering Services Contract from Freese & Nichols, Inc., for
a Water Distribution System Evaluation, is hereby accepted.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
