Resolution Authorizing A Reduced Fee Or Fee Waiver For Rental Of
The Mobile Stage By The Wichita Falls Independent School District
For An Event November 4, 2010 At The Rider High School
WHEREAS, the Wichita Falls Independent School District has request a reduced
fee or a fee waiver for rental of the Mobile Stage for their event November 4, 2010 at
Rider High School, and;
WHEREAS, circumstances with this request are exceptional.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Resolution No. 16-2006 is hereby waived to permit rental by the Wichita Falls
Independent School District of the Mobile Stage at a reduced fee of $216.00 for its
event November 4, 2010 at Rider High School.
