RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO SERVE ON THE
WICHITA APPRAISAL DISTRICT BOARD OF DIRECTORS; FINDING
AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS
RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS
REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has one member on the Wichita Appraisal
District Board of Directors who has resigned, and
WHEREAS, that member's term expires December 31, 2007.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS THAT:
SECTION 1. Dorothy Roberts-Burns is hereby appointed by the City Council to
serve on the Board of Directors of the Wichita Appraisal District as a member
representing the City of Wichita Falls, for a term expiring December 31, 2007.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
