RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT
TO MOORE & ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR A STUDY OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS PUBLIC TRANSIT SYSTEM; FINDING AND
DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION
WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls desires to enter into an engineering
services contract for an evaluation of the public transit system; and
WHEREAS, Moore & Associates, Inc. is proposing to do this work for the amount
of $86,352.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The professional services contract from Moore & Associates, Inc.,
for an evaluation of the Wichita Falls Public Transit System, is hereby accepted.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
