RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, TO APPROVE AN ENGINEERING SERVICES
CONTRACT WITH LOCKWOOD, ANDREWS & NEWNAM FOR AN
EVALUATION OF LIFT STATION NO. 65 AND ASSOCIATED FORCE
MAIN; FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH
THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS
REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls desires to enter into an engineering
services contract for an evaluation of Lift Station No. 65 and associated force main; and
WHEREAS, Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam, Inc. is proposing to do this work for
an amount not to exceed $35,560.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The Engineering Services Contract from Lockwood, Andrews &
Newnam, Inc. for an evaluation of Lift Station No. 65 and associated force main is
hereby accepted.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
