RESOLUTION APPROVING ENGINEERING SERVICES CONTRACT TO
URS CORPORATION FOR THE DESIGN AND ENGINEERING
ACTIVITIES ASSOCIATED WITH THE CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW T-
HANGER COMPLEX AT KICKAPOO DOWNTOWN AIRPORT; FINDING
AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS
RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS
REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls desires to enter into an engineering
services contract for the construction of a new hanger complex at Kickapoo Downtown
Airport; and
WHEREAS, URS Corporation is proposing to do this work for the amount of
$35,745.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The engineering services contract from URS Corporation for the
design and engineering activities associated with the construction of a new hanger
complex at Kickapoo Downtown Airport is hereby accepted.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
