RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH HARPER PERKINS
ARCHITECTS, INC. FOR ARCHITECTUAL SERVICES FOR THE
REMODEL OF THE WOMEN INFANTS AND CHILDREN (WIC)
ADDITION OF THE WICHITA FALLS—WICHITA COUNTY PUBLIC
HEALTH DISTRICT FACILITY; FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT
THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS
OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls desires to remodel the WIC addition of the
Health District; and
WHEREAS, Staff is proposing to use Harper Perkins Architects, Inc. for
architectural services for this project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1 . The Architectural Services Contract is hereby approved and the
City Manager is authorized to execute said contract with Harper Perkins Architects Inc.
for architectural services for the Health District WIC Addition remodel.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
