RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, TO REJECT BID FOR THE RIVER ROAD WATER
TREATMENT PLANT MOTOR CONTROL CENTER AND DRIVER
REPLACEMENT PROJECT, CWF06-550-14; FINDING AND
DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION
WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the construction
of the River Road Wastewater Treatment Plant Motor Control Center and Drive
Replacement Project, CWF06-550-14.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. Said bids for this project are hereby rejected.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
