Resolution authorizing award of bid for the City's estimated annual
requirement of ready mix concrete and flowable fill to OK Concrete
Company in the amount of $423,275.00.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls advertised and requested bids for the City's
estimated annual requirement of ready mix concrete and flowable fill; and,
WHEREAS, bids were received and publicly opened on April 2, 2018; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to purchase ready mix concrete and
flowable fill for use by various City departments during the next twelve-month period.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Authorization is granted to award the bid for the City's estimated annual
requirement of ready mix concrete and flowable fill to OK Concrete Company in the
amount of $423,275.00.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 17th day of April, 2018.
