I.Call to Order and Introductions
Steve Garner, Chair, called the meeting to order at 10:30am.
II. Agenda Item 8, Executive Session, moved to top of Agenda.
At 10:31 am, Steve Garner called the meeting into Executive Session in accordance
with Texas Government Code §551.071 consultation with attorney on matter involving
pending or contemplated litigation or other matter in which the duty of the attorney to
the governmental body under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of
the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with the Texas Open Meetings Act.
At 11:20 am Steve Garner suspended the Executive Session. The Chair confirmed that
no votes and no polls were taken in the Executive Session and resumed the meeting.
Items 3,4,5,6,7 were taken off of the Agenda for the meeting, in accordance with legal
counsel feedback regarding discussion of items related for May bond Election.
Meetings for March and April were suspended. Public meetings will resume in May.

Ill. Approval of Minutes
Jack Browne made a Motion to approve the January minutes, seconded by Kathy
Forehand-Chaddick. Motion passed.
IV. Other Business
Members, staff and guests introduced themselves.
Austin Keese, owner of Austin Stone and Monument noted that Chancellor Monument
has had their phones disconnected and his business has taken care of several
customers who had worked with Chandellor. He offered the same offer as Chancellor
had made, to provide monuments at cost for the Lake Wichita Revitalization Committee.
Steve noted we have an interested Grant Writer who has found an information source
for potential grants.
Steve also noted that Intern Alex Nelson will be contacting Lake Wichita supporters
regarding booth duty for upcoming events: Home and Garden Show, Feb 241h and 25'h
and Red River Wine and Beer Festival, March 24'h.
