Res 122-2006 9/5/2006 RESOLUTION NO. � � RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 2006-2007 ANNUAL BUDGET OF THE WICHITA FALLS ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION; FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW. WHEREAS, The Wichita Falls Economic Development Corporation met on August 14, 2006 to consider a budget for the 2006-2007 Fiscal Year; and WHEREAS, The attached 2006-2007 was approved and is recommended for City Council Approval. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT: SECTION 1. The attached 2006-2007 Budget of the Wichita Falls Economic Development Corporation is hereby approved. SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law. The purpose of this rgreement is to define thc obiigation of the f3Ci to provide a measurable amount of service in cxc��dn�;e far a ccrtx�ri acnount �f compensation frorn thF WFEDC.
