RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, AMENDING THE 4B SALES TAX CORPORATION
2006-2007 BUDGET IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,100,000 TO CREATE A
TEMPORARY PROJECT ACCOUNT; FINDING AND DETERMINING
THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED
WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, The 4B Sales Tax Board met on September 25 to consider a
temporary project account; and
WHEREAS, Such temporary project account is to be used to pay interim
expenses for 4B-eligible projects until debt proceeds are received; and
WHEREAS, An amendment to the 4B Sales Tax Corporation's 2006-2007
Budget in the amount of $1,100,000 is necessary to appropriate these funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The Wichita Falls 4B Sales Tax Corporation 2006-2007 is hereby
amended in the amount of $1,100,000 to create a temporary project account for Tax
Increment Financing District #2 and Golf Course Remodel expenses.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
