Resolution No. 41-2018
Resolution authorizing award of bid for the purchase of one (1) ¾
ton, 4-wheel drive diesel pickup from the low bidder, Wichita Falls
Ford-Lincoln, Inc., in the amount of $32,997.70
WHEREAS, the City advertised and requested bids for the purchase of one (1)
¾-ton, 4-wheel drive, diesel pickup; and,
WHEREAS, bids were received and publically opened on February 26, 2018;
and,
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to purchase a ¾-ton, 4-wheel drive, diesel
pickup to replace Unit 1026 at the City Landfill.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
City staff is authorized to execute all documents necessary to purchase one (1)
¾-ton, 4-wheel drive, diesel pickup truck from Wichita Falls Ford Lincoln, Inc., in the
amount of $32,997.70.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 3rd day of April, 2018.
