Resolution Awarding Bid For Installation Of The J.S. Bridwell
Agricultural Center Fire Protection System To Anthony Inman
Construction, Inc., In The Amount Of $290,000.00
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls advertised and requested bids for the
installation of a fire protection system,
WHEREAS, bids were received and publicly opened on October 11, 2010, and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to install a fire protection system at the J.S.
Bridwell Ag Center.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The bid for the installation of the J.S. Bridwell Agricultural Center Fire Protection
System is awarded to Anthony Inman Construction, Inc., in the amount of
$290,000.00, and the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract for said project
with said entity.
