RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, AUTHROIZING AWARD OF BID FOR THE PURCHASE
OF A WHEELED EXCAVATOR TO WARREN CAT IN THE AMOUNT OF
$167,303.00; FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT
WHICH THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE
PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls advertised and requested bids for the
purchase of wheeled excavator; and
WHEREAS, bids were received and publicly opened on December 22, 2005; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to purchase a wheeled excavator.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. Authorization is granted to award bid for the purchase of a wheeled
excavator to Warren Cat in the amount of $167,303.00
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this resolution was passed was open to the public as required by law.
