ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FROM THE
SANITATION FUND FOR PURPOSES OF AN ENGINEERING
SERVICES AGREEMENT; FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE
MEETING AT WHICH THIS ORDINANCE WAS PASSED WAS OPEN
TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the Council desires to use funds from Sanitation Fund for an
Engineering Services Agreement; and
WHEREAS, a portion of the Sanitation Fund must be appropriated by Council so
the funds can be used for the cited reason.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the Sanitation Fund a current
amount of $250,118.00. These amounts are appropriated to operating account 530-
8190-72160.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this ordinance was passed was open to the public as required by law.
