Resolution Awarding Bid and Contract for the 2018 Asphalt
Rehabilitation Project to Foutsco Paving Company, LLC in the
amount of $1,813,080.00
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids for the 2018
Asphalt Rehabilitation Project; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that the lowest responsible bidder is Foutsco Paving
Company, LLC, who made a unit price bid with an estimated total of 1,813,080.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
1. The unit price bid for the 2018 Asphalt Rehabilitation Project is awarded
to Foutsco Paving Company, LLC, in an estimated total amount of
$1,813,080.00, and the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract for
the City with said Contractor for the construction of such project.
