Resolution No. 35-2018
Resolution authorizing award of bid for the purchase of two (2) crew
trucks and one (1) 5 cubic yard dump truck to Lonestar Freightliner
Group, LLC, in the amount of $257,143.00
WHEREAS, the City advertised and requested bids for the purchase of two (2)
crew trucks and one (1) 5 cubic yard dump truck; and,
WHEREAS, bids were received and publically opened on March 5, 2018; and ,
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to purchase two (2) crew trucks and one (1)
5 cubic yard dump truck for the City fleet.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
City staff is authorized to execute all documents necessary to purchase two (2)
crew trucks and one (1) 5 cubic yard dump truck from Lonestar Freightliner Group, LLC,
in the amount of $257,143.00.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 20th day of March, 2018.
