Resolution authorizing award of bid for the purchase of one (1) 15
cubic yard dump truck to Lonestar Freightliner Group, LLC, in the
amount of $114,152.00
WHEREAS, the City advertised and requested bids for the purchase of one (1) 15
cubic yard dump truck; and,
WHEREAS, bids were received and publically opened on March 5, 2018; and ,
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to purchase a 15 cubic yard dump truck for
the City fleet;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
City staff is authorized to execute all documents necessary to purchase one (1) 15
cubic yard dump truck fr om Lonestar Freightliner Group, LLC, in the amount of
$114,152.00.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 20th day of March, 2018.
