Resolution No. 33-2018
Resolution authorizing award of bid for the purchase of two (2) 1-ton
service trucks, one (1) 1-ton, diesel, tire service truck, and one (1) 2-
yard dump truck from the low bidder, Patterson Auto Center, Inc., in
the amount of $190,506.82
WHEREAS, the City advertised and requested bids for the purchase of two (2) 1-
ton service trucks, one (1) 1-ton diesel tire service truck and one (1) 2-yard dump truck;
and,
WHEREAS, bids were received and publicly opened on February 26, 2018; and ,
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the lowest responsible bidder was
Patterson Auto Group.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
City staff are authorized to execute all documents necessary to purchase two (2)
1-ton service trucks, one (1) 1-ton, diesel, tire service truck, and one (1) 2 -yard dump
truck from Patterson Auto Center, Inc., in the amount of $190,506.82.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 20th day of March, 2018.
