Ord 13-2018 3/20/2018Ordinance No. 13-2018 Ordinance rezoning approximately 5.66 acres in the Wesbrooks Subdivision (Lots 1-A and 2-A, Block 1), known as 212 Valley View Road (Loop 11), from Limited Office (LO) to Limited Commercial (LC) and declaring an emergency WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission considered the proposed zoning change at its February 14, 2018 meeting, and voted unanimously to recommend approval of this request; and, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed this request and has determined the herein described Zoning Amendment is in the public interest. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT: 1. Lots 1-A and 2-A, Block 1, Wesbrooks Subdivision (a.k.a. 212 Valley View Road) as depicted on the attached map incorporated in this ordinance as Attachment "A", is hereby rezoned from Limited Office (LO) to Limited Commercial (LC). 2.
