AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 14-2006 TO REPLACE
CERTAIN ELECTION OFFICIALS; FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT
THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS ORDINANCE WAS PASSED WAS
OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, City Council adopted Ordinance No. 14-2006 wherein Exhibit A listed
the election officials appointed to conduct the May 13, 2006 General-Special Municipal
Election; and
WHEREAS, several of those appointed officials are unable to serve.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. That Exhibit A attached hereto hereby replaces the previous Exhibit
A attached to Ordinance No. 14-2006. Replacements are in Boxes 3, 7, and 15.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at which
this ordinance was passed was open to the public as required by law.
