Res 123-2011 12/20/2011 RESOLUTION NO. _ 123-2011__ Resolution Authorizing The Mayor To Execute A Tax Abatement Agreement With BESE Holdings, LLC And Machining Solutions, LLC For Property At 5000 Block Of Central Freeway The City Council finds that the City has complied with the prerequisites for tax abatement, as provided in Chapter 312 of the Texas Tax Code and the City’s Guidelines and Criteria for Tax Abatement, as adopted on October 4, 2011. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT: Tax Abatement 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the attached Agreement for a period of 10 years with BESE Holdings, LLC and Machining Solutions, LLC, attached hereto and incorporated herein, with such changes to form as are approved by the City Attorney. 2. To the extent not already provided, the City Attorney may provide copies of Tax Abatement Agreement the attached to the other taxing entities in accordance with Texas Tax Code § 312.2041.
