RESOLUTION NO. _116-2011_
Resolution Awarding Bid For Roll-Out Refuse And Yard Waste
Carts To Rehrig Pacific Company In The Amount Of $114,292.50
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls advertised and requested bids for the
purchase of roll-out refuse and yard waste carts;
WHEREAS, bids were received and publicly opened on November 30, 2011; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the lowest responsible bidder was Rehrig
Pacific Company.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The bid for the purchase of roll-out refuse and yard waste carts is awarded to
Rehrig Pacific Company in the amount of $114,292.50, and City staff are authorized to
execute all documents necessary to purchase said items in accordance with the bid
specifications.
