RESOLUTION NO. 126-2010
Resolution Approving The Programs And Expenditures Of The
Wichita Falls 4B Sales Tax Corporation Board Of Directors, including
the Lake Wichita Dog Park Project in the amount of $10,000
WHEREAS, TExas Loca� Gov'T. Co�E §501.073(a) provides "The corporation's
authorizing unit will approve all programs and expenditures of a corporation and
annually review any financial statements of the corporation;" and
WHEREAS, on or prior to this date, the Wichita Falls 4B Sales Tax Corporation
approved the projects listed below as stated in its agenda.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
1. The Wichita Falls 4B Sales Tax Corporation's approval and funding of the
following programs and expenditures, as described above and in said corporation's
agenda, is approved:
Lake Wichita Dog Park Project, which will provide for an off-leash dog facility in
Lake Wichita Park, in an amount of $10,000, including the improvements as
shown in the attached Basic Project Elements.
2. The current fiscal year budget of the Wichita Falls 4B Sales Tax Corporation is
amended in accordance with the aforementioned expenditure.

Cost Estimate for an Off Leash Dog Facility in Lake Wichita Park
Basic Project Elements Cost
Fencing on east side of #2 soccer/football field. 550 l.f. of 4' $5,400
tall, 9 gauge steel, chain link fence installed @$9
The existing field will become the large dog area, while the
proposed new fence will enclose a smaller area for small dogs.
Entrance to both enclosures will be directly off the parking lot.
Supplies to automate existing irrigation system. Parks labor. 4,000
