ORDINANCE MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FROM GENERAL EQUITY
FUND FOR PURPOSES OF PURCHASING A 1,250 GPM FIRE ENGINE;
FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS
ORDINANCE WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS
REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the Council desires to use funds from General Equity for the
purchase of a 1,250 GPM fire engine; and
WHEREAS, a portion of the General Fund must be appropriated by Council so
the funds can be used for the cited reason; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the General Fund a current
amount of $315,021.00. These amounts are appropriated from capital account 100-
1360-77320.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this ordinance was passed was open to the public as required by law.
