Resolution awarding bid to Yamaha Golf-Car Company for a 48-
month lease of 70 Quie Tech EFI golf carts for Champions Golf
Course in the total amount of $180,936
WHEREAS, bids were received for a 48-month lease on 70 new golf carts for
Champions Course at Weeks Park; and,
WHEREAS, the bid received from Yamaha for the fuel injected carts was the
lowest bid and most responsible bid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The bid for a 48-month lease of 70 Yamaha fuel-injected golf carts from Yamaha
Golf-Cart Company in the total amount of $180,936 is hereby approved, and City staff
are authorized to execute all documents necessary to effectuate the transaction.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 20th day of February, 2018.
